What is The Hive? ▾
The Hive is WTC's internal community hub for approved members and volunteers. It's where we share hearing schedules, coordinate observer assignments, celebrate wins, and support each other through difficult cases.
Observer assignments & schedules ▾
Hearing schedules and observer assignments are coordinated by WTC team leads and distributed via email to active observers. Contact info@watchtakescourage.org to request an assignment or flag your availability.
Training materials ▾
Observer training guides, courtroom protocol documents, and note-taking templates are emailed to members after orientation. Reach out to the WTC team if you need materials resent.
How do I report an observation? ▾
Use the Case Log to submit your observation notes after a hearing. Be as specific as possible — date, judge, attorneys, case number, and a factual account of what you observed.
